We do believe that successful startup with talented and dedicated team can grow into unicorn in short- to mid-term. Therefore, unlike many other advisors, we do not charge you for our services at all.

We implement legal services for equity scenario where you sell us certain share in your business which share shall be kept undiluted at all in the future (including in the course of next financing) rounds. You get zero fees legal and commercial support in the course of your various transactions including fundraising and exit transactions.

On your special request and subject to special arrangements, we may be in position to provide our services for fees (and not for share in your business), based on hourly rates and/or subject to cap arrangements.
